How to use it

  1. Find your business, or paste a review link you already have.
  2. Scan the code with your own phone to check it opens your review box.
  3. Choose Print a counter sign for a ready-made sign, or download the code as PNG (for screens and email) or SVG (stays sharp at any print size).

Where to put your QR code

  • At the counter or reception desk, at eye level.
  • On receipts, invoices and the back of business cards.
  • On a leave-behind card after a home visit (pool, lawn, cleaning, repairs).
  • On tables, menus or the bill folder in a restaurant.
  • On your van or truck, big enough to scan from a few feet away.

Tip: Print it at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide for close-up scanning, and bigger for anything read from a distance. Leave a white border around it.

Let customers use their own phone

A QR code works well because the review is written on the customer's own phone, signed in to their own Google account. Don't hand customers a shop tablet to write reviews on: it can look like one person writing many reviews, and Google's spam checks may remove them. Google also doesn't allow rewards for reviews, so keep the sign to a simple ask.

Questions

Does the QR code expire?

No. The code just holds your review link, so it works as long as the link does. There's no tracking redirect in between.

Can I change the design?

Download the SVG and add it to your own design in Canva, Word or any print software. Keep good contrast: a dark code on a light background.

Do I have to keep the "Made with Am I found?" line?

No, untick it before printing. We appreciate it if you leave it on.
