Billing questions
What does the founding offer include?
The first 25 businesses to sign up get 33% off any plan for their first 12 months. After that it's the normal price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you've paid for.
How does cancelling work on an annual plan?
Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months at the price of 10. Cancelling switches off renewal and you keep everything until your year ends. Cancel within 30 days of paying and we refund the annual payment minus one month at the monthly price (on Growth: $1,500 paid, $1,350 back).
What does an extra service cost?
$10 a month per service. Each one gets its own searches and score, on the same location.
What counts as a location?
One Google Business Profile. A second shop or a second profile is a second location, 20% off.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down at any time. The difference is worked out to the day.
Is there a long-term contract or set-up fee?
No. Plans run month to month (or year to year on annual) under our Terms of Service, with no minimum term and no set-up fee. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for.
