Where you rank
For every search, every place: top 3 counts in full, 4–10 counts half, 11–20 counts a little. Averaged across the places that count.
Real Google Maps searches, from real places across your area, every week. Then one score, the businesses beating you, and what to fix first.
We lay a 9 by 9 grid over your service area, centred on your Google pin, and run each of your searches from every point. Places are 1.25 miles apart for a tight area or 2.5 miles for a wide one. The free scan, Growth and Premium use the full 9 by 9 grid; Foundation uses 7 by 7 (49 places).
Where Google shows fewer than 5 businesses (a lake, open farmland), the place is marked and left out of your score, so empty land never counts against you.
For every search, every place: top 3 counts in full, 4–10 counts half, 11–20 counts a little. Averaged across the places that count.
Six checks from your connected profile: the categories the leaders use, services listed, a photo a week, a post a week, hours and contact, and a description that names your services and towns.
Your review count against the median of the 6 businesses that take the top 3 most often near you. Match them and you get all 20.
Your score, each service's score, the week's changes in plain English, and every keyword with its mini map.
Real Google Maps searches, run from the exact GPS point of each place through a search-data provider. Not estimates.
Google tailors results to where you are and who you are. Your own phone, near your office, will usually show you higher than a stranger two towns away sees you.
You add our account as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. That lets us read your reviews, photos, posts, views, calls and the searches that showed you. On Premium we also post review replies and updates, either after you approve each one or automatically if you switch that on. You can remove our access any time.
For the writing. AI drafts your review replies and Google posts, suggests your weekly moves, and describes your photos so each post gets one that fits. It doesn't set your score (that's worked out from real search data), and it never replies to a 1–3 star review on its own.
Only what each task needs: the review, your business details and settings, your website pages and your photos. We use AI providers through their business services, under terms that don't let them train their models on your content.
You choose whether replies and posts wait for your OK or go out automatically, and you can edit or skip anything. Anything published automatically is checked first for links, phone numbers, prices and offers, and waits for a person if it fails. AI can make mistakes, so check anything about prices, availability or promises to customers.
Rankings every Sunday. Reviews and profile numbers every morning. Google's own view and call numbers run about 3 days behind.
